Description

Tracy Drake is the elected property appraiser of Clay County.    

He started his appraisal career in 1993 with the Property Appraiser’s Office and was elected in 2020 and 2024.


Tracy is one of the most experienced and credentialed Property Appraisers in the state. He has earned five professional designations from multiple appraisal associations and holds the State Certified General Appraiser’s license and is a Realtor. He also graduated with honors from the University of Central Florida. 


In addition to his extensive education, Tracy is an active member in several appraisal associations – where he serves in various leadership positions.
