Cheryl Taylor, CEO, Career Source Northeast Florida will be the guest speaker. She will share her organization connects local talent with hiring employers and supports both job seekers and businesses in finding, training, and retaining skilled workers. Cheryl Taylor began her career in workforce development in 1995 as an unemployment customer service representative for the Florida Department of Labor. In 1997, she joined CareerSource Northeast Florida (CareerSource NEFL) as a program manager and steadily advanced through several leadership positions, gaining expertise in workforce policies, programs, and operational management.
