The Clay County Chamber Foundation would like to invite you to participate in an event to support local teachers. The 2021 Teacher Appreciation Expo will help to bring Clay County's teachers into a positive, supportive relationship with the business community. This event will allow businesses to act as a community resource for our schools and teachers by promoting the mission of education above the needs of commerce. Our research shows that that new teacher will spend $3000 a year and a returning teacher will spend $1000 on supplies for their classrooms. 

Last year over 750 teachers attended our event. We are expecting just as many with the addition of the new Clay County teachers. One of the great "givebacks" that we promote at the event is a stunning array of door prizes from gift cards to self-care, we just want our local teachers to feel the support for our Clay County teachers.
