She is a Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse and holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from Webster University with academic honors. Claudia's contributions to hospice care have earned her the FHPCA Catalyst Award (2023)\, and she currently serves on the Diversity\, Equity\, Inclusion\, and Belonging board for Hospice and Palliative Credentialing Center. She also serves as a board member for the Bel Lavi Foundation. She is passionate about expanding access to quality\, compassionate end-of-life care.
