Are you ready to make a difference and have a blast? The BASCA CapeABILITIES Run, Walk, Roll is more than just a race - it’s a celebration of community, strength, inclusion, and the abilities in all of us! 

Now in its 14th year, this family-friendly event welcomes people of ALL abilities to run, walk, roll, or cheer from the sidelines. Join our 1-Mile Fun Walk -bring a team, dress up, and have fun! 

Want more of a challenge? Take on the 5K! Either way, you’ll be supporting community inclusion for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities while being part of an event filled with energy, connection, and purpose.
