Saige Holder, Executive Director, Safe Animal Shelter will share the mission, impact, and current needs of Clay County’s first no-kill shelter. Additionally, Saige will share how the shelter has served the community since 1991, providing compassionate care, life- saving surgeries, spay/ neuter and adoptions for countless animals. She will conclude by discussing the Shelter’s role in supporting local families, the challenges of rising costs and declining donations, and how businesses and community members can get involved to ensure this vital resource continues to thrive.
