Brief program followed by a narrated windshield bus tour of Cecil Airport/Cecil Commerce Center/Alliance Florida and Jacksonville Equestrian Center/Recreation areas. There will be 2 stops for walking tours of facilities. Please wear comfortable closed-toed shoes.
