Come & learn how the Clay CarePortal network is meeting the needs of our most vulnerable children & families. Free to join, RSVP required. You are cordially invited to a free lunch & learn about the CarePortal technology network in Clay County and the incredible impact it is having on vulnerable children and adults in our area. Through CarePortal, local vetted needs are shared by both state and county agencies working to keep children and adults in a safe, sustainable environment. One of our primary goals is to reduce the number of children entering the foster care system. This is being achieved by bringing our community together as a network to provide a powerful form of "care-sharing". Our network consists of churches, agencies, businesses, and community members who care about "the least of these" in Clay County. Join us for a complimentary lunch & learn, provided by Carrabba’s, at Mercy Support Services (515 College Dr, Middleburg, FL 32068) on February 26th from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. Although CarePortal is relatively new to Clay County, already hundreds of children and families have been helped in a timely and meaningful way. Participation in the network is completely free, and there is no obligation to respond to any requests. You will simply have the opportunity to see these vetted needs near you and help when and as you can. Due to limited seating, if you are part of an organization, we kindly ask that only one representative per organization attend, and all attendees will need to RSVP.
