🪪 All attendees must be 18 or older and bring a valid Florida ID to their appointment for same-day approval.

 💻 Telehealth Follow-Ups: After your initial visit, all follow-up care will be provided virtually. What you can expect: 

🧑‍⚕️ In-Person Visit: All initial visits are required by law to be in-person.

 ⏱️ Appointment Duration: The entire process typically takes 25 minutes to 1 hour, depending on patient volume. 

✉️ Intake & Consent Forms: After booking, you’ll receive your forms by email. Please complete them prior to the visit for to prevent delays.
