Many business leaders are frustrated and challenged to keep all the aspects of their business running smoothly. In this workshop, you will learn about EOS, a proven system to help you get more of the right things done every day. 

Peter Kruse (pronounced crew-zee) is passionately committed to helping entrepreneurial leaders succeed. He ran departments and divisions for well-known names like Honeywell and Nissan, as well as led entrepreneurial businesses. A few years ago, Peter was introduced to EOS, the Entrepreneurial Operating System, when running a manufacturing company. In the first full year of running on EOS, the company achieved great results with strong growth in sales and profit. After 3+ years of running the business on EOS, Peter decided to become a full-time EOS implementer and since then has worked with more than 30 organizations, ranging in size from 5 – 350 employees.
