Debbie Rodriguez is driven and dedicated with a motto of ‘In in to Win it”. She has built a solid
reputation as a minority woman business owner over the last two decades. She possesses well
over twenty years-experience in construction. In 2015, Debbie recognized the industry need for skilled workers in construction. Debbie founded iBuild Central Florida bridging industry leaders with the education for skilled trades. Today she serves as the organization's current board chair as well as professionally supporting apprenticeship programs through her business. Debbie has been named OBJ’s 40 under 40 and in 2021 was named by the Orlando Business Journal as one of the top 20 most influential women in Orlando.

Crystal Davidson is the Vice President of iBuild located in central Florida. She is responsible for leading the development of strategic business solutions that address the workforce needs of area employers. She leads her team in creating the blueprint and building the commitment from industry leaders in designing formalized pathways for the next generation of trade professionals. Mrs. Davidson was recently selected as a 2022 JFF Talent of Tomorrow Fellow. This national Fellowship is an innovative approach to helping employers tap a diverse pool of talent to find and retain qualified workers to power their businesses.
