The biggest cyber security vulnerability for any business is its employees. During this Lunch & Learn, Bill Lewis, founder of XTreme IT, will discuss phishing scams, ways employees are specifically targeted, and banking scams that seem credible. His presentation will also include several action steps both large and small businesses can take to recognize and minimize those risks.

Bill Lewis is a Jacksonville, FL native and alumni of The Bolles School and University of North Florida. He did his first computer support house call in the summer of 1986. After working in computer support for University of Florida, System Software Solutions, CompUSA, ClearWire Wireless Internet, and others, Bill responded to a Craigslist ad posted by Rick Kane in August 2007.  In December 2010 Bill and Rick founded Xtreme IT. Bill frequently assists customers who have had their computers or online accounts illegally accessed by hackers. Xtreme IT's company motto is "We simply know how all this stuff works!" Bill is married to Teresa and together they have two daughters. He is a Florida Gator, Jaguars and Sharks football fan, and enjoys providing tech utility and parabolic microphone work for ESPN, SkyCam, SEC Network, CBS, Fox Sports, Raycom, and NFL Networks.
