Edward Waters University Professor, Dr. David Jamison has worked successfully with Senator Tony Hill of Jacksonville to create the newly formed Highway 17 North Heritage Trail. Celebrating the prominent members of the Harlem Renaissance, the trail, features learning kiosk in Jacksonville, Green Cove Springs and Crescent City Florida.
