Clay Women's Empowerment Council first Thursday of every month.  This Council will be back to in-person at The Club Continental.

February's Speaker will be Sarah Campbell - Orange Park Town Manager. 

Sarah Campbell has worked for the Town of Orange Park since 2008. She was previously the Town Clerk and Assistant Town Manager before being given the Town Manager in 2017.
