Heather Huffman, Health Officer, Florida Department of Health in Clay County, will be sharing insights on Clay County’s Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP). CHIP is a collaborative, long-term plan that involves various stakeholders from throughout the community. She will discuss the key priority health issues in Clay County and the strategies outlined in the CHIP for improving the health of our residents.
