A.L.I.C.E. stands for Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed. These are working individuals and families who struggle to afford basic necessities such as housing, food, childcare, transportation, and healthcare.
This interactive simulation puts you in the shoes of an A.L.I.C.E. household, challenging you to navigate real-life scenarios and difficult financial decisions. You'll leave with a greater understanding of the challenges facing many of our neighbors, employees, students, patients, and families – and how those challenges impact our entire community.
We invite business, government, education, nonprofit, faith, and civic leaders to join us for this unique opportunity to experience life through a different lens and connect with others committed to strengthening Clay County.
There is no cost to attend, thanks to Ascension St. Vincent's Clay. Space is limited to 80 participants, and registration is required.
