Presented by Flint Anderson (owners CEO of Old Man Energy) and Scott Rock, this free Chamber business workshop is designed to help small business owners identify what is actually limiting their growth and what they need to change to build a business that does not depend entirely on them.

Scott Rock and member Flint Anderson bring two different but complementary perspectives. Flint will focus on the owner side of the equation: leadership, accountability, decision-making, systems, delegation and the ways owners unknowingly become the bottleneck in their own companies. Scott will bring his experience as a business owner/operator, including the practical side of building infrastructure, technology, scalability and developing a company that can operate beyond the founder.
