This position plays many roles often at the same time.  Must always maintain a professional manner.  Be willing to learn from and teach other members of the team.  Represent yourself as an agent for benefit of Maxxim Construction and Roofing.  Work hours required to complete projects.  MUST HAVE 10+ YEARS EXPERIENCE WITH COMMERCIAL ROOFING PROJECTS.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing day-to-day operations of multiple construction sites
• Scheduling of Subcontractors and laborers
• Quantity take-offs of building materials
• Pricing Ordering of materials
• Identifies and qualifies subcontractors and vendors for assigned scopes of work. Prepare invitations to bid and analyzes received bids.  Negotiate and award subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Responsible for applying for, tracking, and expediting permits.
• Prepare estimates for sales and make sales calls
• Project accounting to maintain cost control and cash flow.
• Daily Updating of Excel Spread Sheets for Project Accounting
• Receive vendor request for payments.
• Works to prepare and update schedules and assist in planning construction operations and sequences.
• Daily interactions with multiple clients, including correspondence, periodic reports, change orders,                 invoices, and response to client questions.
• Lead safety meetings on site and enforce safety standards.
• Assist Crew Foreman in safety, quality management, and job site reporting and controls.
• Providing Warranty information to customer
• Collecting payments from clients and delivering payments to subs, when necessary.
• Maintain a photo gallery of project: before, during, and after
• Assist Crew Foreman in project close-out punch list items and cleaning.
• Submitting Weekly Payroll

ADDITIONAL DUTIES

• Delivery and dump trailer from project to land fill.
• Store trailer at secure location.
• Maintain trailer in good clean working order.
• Performs other related duties, as required.
